Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, emissions and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate. The maximum antenna gain including cable loss for compliance with radiated power limits, RF exposure requirements and the categorical exclusion requirements of 2.1091 is 6.4 dBi for 700 MHz bands, 7.0 dBi for 850 MHz bands, 6.0 dBi for the 1700 MHz bands, 9.0 dBi for the 1900 MHz bands. Multi-transmitter configurations, supporting simultaneous transmission, have not been evaluated and shall be evaluated according to KDB Publication 447498 and §2.947(f) composite system and §2.1 end product terms and concepts. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided.
