Approval is limited to OEM installation only. This device may not be marketed or sold to the general public. MPE compliance was demonstrated with a typical antenna(s) gain as shown in the filing. In order to comply with radiated power and RF Exposure limits, the final antenna installation and operating configurations of this transmitter including antenna gain and cable loss must not exceed +7.5 dBi. The total system output must not exceed 2.0 W EIRP in the PCS band in order to comply with the EIRP limit of 24.232(b). Products operating with this module are required to provide a minimum separation distance of 20 cm between the antenna and all persons during normal operation. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations not described in filings under this FCC ID, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or must not operate in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device, other than as described in filings under this FCC ID. End-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for all final host devices. |
