For satisfying MPE categorical exclusion requirements of 2.1091, the supplied 3dBi helix antenna shall be installed to provide a minimum separation distance of 47 cm or more from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This is an interim Grant of Certification based on compliance with all relevant portions of Parts 1, 2 and 25 as specified in the NPRM for GEN Docket 98-68 adopted on May 14, 1998. This interim approval is granted on the basis that final approval must satisfy the requirements and procedures adopted in future FCC GMPCS-MoU implementation proceeding, including the specific spurious and out-of-band emission limits adopted in this proceeding.
