Grant CommentsClass II Permissive Change Single Modular Approval. Power out listed is conducted at the antenna terminal. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application; and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multitransmitter evaluation procedures as documented in this filing. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 6 dBi at 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1700 MHz and 1900 MHz; 9 dBi at 2500/2600 MHz; and 1 dBi at 2300 MHz, as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, 24 and 27. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. This device has 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 13 and 30 (700/2300 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 5 and 12 (850/700 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz and 15 MHz modes for LTE Band 26 (850 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 2, 25 and 4 (1900 and 1700 MHz); 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 7 and 41 (2500/2600 MHz) This permissive change adds LTE Band 8 operations in the 897.5 - 900.5 MHz range. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 12.15 dBi at 900MHz, as defined in 2.1091 and must be mounted with a minimum of 120cm for satisfying RF exposure compliance as shown in this filing. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Part 27. This permissive change also covers the module integration with LTE Band 8 only operation into the host Aprisa LTE product manufactured by 4RF as described in the filing. The antenna gain for this specific integration, for mobile and fixed operating configurations in the general public/uncontrolled rf environment must not exceed 6 dBi, including cable loss. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used in LTE Band 8 that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Part 27.

Class II Permissive Change

Single Modular Approval.

This device has 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 13 and 30 (700/2300 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 5 and 12 (850/700 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz and 15 MHz modes for LTE Band 26 (850 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 2, 25 and 4 (1900 and 1700 MHz); 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 7 and 41 (2500/2600 MHz)

This permissive change adds LTE Band 8 operations in the 897.5 - 900.5 MHz range.

BC: The output power is continuously variable from the value listed in this entry to 5%-10% of the value listed.
