The antenna of this transmitter must provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Installers and end-users must be provided with operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The module grantee is responsible for providing the documentation to the system integrator on restrictions of use, for continuing compliance of the module. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, emissions and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate. Multi-transmitter, supporting simultaneous transmission, configurations have not been evaluated and shall be evaluated according to KDB Publication 447498 and §15.31(h) and §15.31(k) composite system.
