| Grant Comments | The frequency stability must be specified on the station license to satisfy 90.213(a). Output power is average conducted. This Grant covers equipment for use aboard aircraft only. RF exposure compliance is addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s). Qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control the exposure conditions and/or duration of all persons in the vicinity of the transmitting antenna in order to comply with Occupational/Controlled RF exposure limits and requirements; otherwise, installation and operation must ensure compliance with General Population exposure limits. The operation of this transmitter must satisfy the requirements of Occupational/Controlled exposure environment, i.e. for work related use only and persons are aware of and able to control their exposures. Grantee must coordinate with organizations having station authorization operations using this device to ensure RF exposure requirements are met. Installers, end-users and responsible parties must be provided with the appropriate information for satisfying RF exposure compliance. |
