Single Modular Approval. Power out is conducted at the antenna terminal. This filling only covers the device to be used for mobile and fixed application. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter not described in this filing, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This device has been approved for use in specific co-location configurations, as described in this filing. Installers and end-users must be provided with transmitter installation and operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Antennas used for this module must not exceed 7.2 dBi gain in the 850 MHz band and 3.5 dBi in the 1900 MHz band, for mobile and fixed operating configurations. Compliance of this device in all final product configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, spurious emissions, ERP/EIRP, and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate. This device contains GSM/WCDMA functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for 850 MHz and 1900 MHz operations.
