The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter not described in this filing, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This device has been approved for use in specific co-location configurations, as described in this filing. Installers and end-users must be provided with transmitter installation and operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The product may implement power reduction techniques to reduce the output power value listed in certain integrations and in order to meet RF exposure requirements. Antennas used for this OEM module must not exceed 6.62 dBi gain in the 850 MHz band and 2.967 dBi in the 1900 MHz band, for mobile and fixed operating configurations. Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, spurious emissions, ERP/EIRP, and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate. This device contains GSM/WCDMA functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for 850 MHz and 1900 MHz operations.
