OEM integrators and End-users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 8.09 dBi at 700 MHz, 8.51dBi at 780MHz, 8.84 dBi at 800/850 MHz, 4.3 dBi at 1710 MHz, 7.3 dBi at 1900 MHz as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, Part 24 and Part 27.
