Andrew Wireless System ERA repeater for cellular systems -CAPH7E817E19

An FCC ID is the product ID assigned by the FCC to identify wireless products in the market. The FCC chooses 3 or 5 character "Grantee" codes to identify the business that created the product. For example, the grantee code for FCC ID: XS5-CAPH7E817E19 is XS5. The remaining characters of the FCC ID, -CAPH7E817E19, are often associated with the product model, but they can be random. These letters are chosen by the applicant. In addition to the application, the FCC also publishes internal images, external images, user manuals, and test results for wireless devices. They can be under the "exhibits" tab below.

In-Building Class B DAS Booster. Output power listed is the rated conducted composite power based on one carrier. This remote unit is connected via a fiber optical link to the ERA Master unit as described in this filing. Maximum ERP for operations under Part 90.219(e )(1) is limited to 5Watt. If licensees need more than 5 watts ERP per channel for a particular deployment, licensees can use other allowances in Part 90, including obtaining an additional [station] authorization for a repeater by the licensing bureau. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter (repeater) must be fixed-mounted on permanent structures. Final RF exposure compliance and ERP are addressed at time of licensing when the antenna gain, antenna height, and loss are jointly considered, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-location requirements of §1.1307(b)(3).

This device is approved with the incorporated licensed B2I transmitter certified under the same FCC ID.
