The maximum antenna gain permitted is 5.5 dBi. A total of up to 8 modules can be installed. With one module, the minimum separation distance is 91 cm between the energy radiating structure and any human body for RF Exposure compliance; at least 182 cm is required for 4-module, and 257 cm or more for 8-module installations. The antennas used for this transmitter must be fixed-mounted on outdoor permanent structures. When antennas are co-located with other transmitters or transmit antennas, RF exposure compliance is addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC bureau(s), per 47 CFR § 1.1307(b)(3). |
