Grant CommentsOutput power is conducted This device must be professionally installed by an installer authorized by Koos Technical Services. This device is approved for operation with the Spectrum Bridge TVWS database. Device must be sold with and may only be used with the following: 1) power supply PW173KB1203F01 with FAIR-RITE clamp (0431167281); and, 2) KTS Wireless VHF-1 7.5 dBi antenna or other antennas subsequently approved by the FCC to operate specifically with this device. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications or TV reception. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is strictly prohibited. If this device is installed within 250’ feet of a residential structure an RF engineer must be consulted to verify that the potential for interference has been mitigated. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance as indicated in the filing. Users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
