This module and any host device shall comply with transmitted power limits as identified in FCC 15.519 (in-band EIRP not to exceed -41.3dBm/MHz). This module has been lab tested for compliance with 15.519 limits, and no user controls or modifications to the transmitted signal are enabled, therefor compliance with these limits is maintained. This module includes an integrated antenna. The host device shall not provide a mechanism for disconnecting, changing, or bypassing the integrated antenna. This module and host device duty cycle factor shall be limited by factory firmware settings. This module and host device may not be employed for the operation of toys. Operation onboard an aircraft, a ship, or a satellite is prohibited. |
