OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions and labeling requirements for finished products. OEM integrators and End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must ensure that the End-Users has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 7 dBi at 600 MHz, 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz, and 5 dBi at 1700 MHz as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, 24 and 27.
