Power output listed is conducted at the antenna terminal. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application. The module grantee is responsible for providing the documentation to the system integrator on restrictions of use, for continuing compliance of the module. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 9 dBi at 900 MHz, 5 dBi at 700 MHz, 1700 MHz, and 2500/2600 MHz, 6 dBi at 800/850 MHz, and 8 dBi at 1900 MHz as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, 24 and 27. |

| Single Modular Approval. Power output listed is conducted at the antenna terminal. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application. The module grantee is responsible for providing the documentation to the system integrator on restrictions of use, for continuing compliance of the module. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 5 dBi at 700 MHz, 1700 MHz, and 2500/2600 MHz, 6 dBi at 800/850 MHz, and 8 dBi at 1900 MHz as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, 24 and 27. |
