Grant CommentsSingle Modular Approval. Output power listed is conducted and EIRP for UNII-4. This device only supports 2x2 MIMO and operating bandwidths of 20 MHz, 40 MHz, 80 MHz and 160 MHz. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other transmitter. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is limited to OEM installation only. OEM must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This module can only be used with the host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations. RF Exposure compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the specific configurations tested in this filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 20mm separation between the device and the user's body. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
