This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application; and co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance; and the module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm. OEM integrators must ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. The host integrator installing this module into their product must ensure that the final composite product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules, including the transmitter operation and should refer to guidance in KDB 996369. For mobile and fixed operating configurations, the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed following for satisfying RF exposure compliance. GSM 850, WCDMA B5, LTE B5/B26, NR n5/n26(Part 22): 1.99 dBi, GSM 1900, LTE B2/B25, NR n2/n25: 1.90 dBi, LTE B4/B66, NR n66: 4.20 dBi, LTE B7/B41, NR n7/n41: 4.43 dBi, LTE B26, NR n26(Part 90): 0.72 dBi, LTE B38, NR n38: 3.35 dBi, NR n77/n78(Low Band): 4.69 dBi, NR n77/n78(High Band): 4.90 dBi. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, 24, 27 and 90. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use.
