Grant CommentsOutput power listed is conducted. Single Modular Approval. Approval is limited to OEM installation only. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications. OEM integrators must be provided labelling requirements for finished products. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations. The module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 45 cm and any additional testing and authorization process as required. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. This device supports the following LTE bands and channel bandwidths of: 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 2/4/66; 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 5/12; 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 13; 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 71. This device supports the following Frequency Range 1 5G NR bands and channel bandwidths of: 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for 5G NR n2/n5/n71; 20 MHz, 30 MHz, 40 MHz, 50 MHz, 60 MHz, 80 MHz, 90 MHz and 100 MHz bandwidth modes for 5G NR n41; 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz, 20 MHz and 40 MHz bandwidth modes for 5G NR n66; 20 MHz, 30 MHz, 40 MHz, 50 MHz, 60 MHz, 70 MHz, 80 MHz, 90 MHz and 100 MHz bandwidth modes for 5G NR n77. Certification of 3GPP 5G NR band n77 operations is limited to the 3.45 GHz segment under Part 27.5(o) and the 3.7 GHz segment under Part 27.5(m).
